For orders placed with outside vendors less than 48 hours in advance, we kindly offer a tentative arrangement, ensuring your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

Reserve:
Reserve standard set-ups and locations for your upcoming event through our user-friendly website. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation email containing all the necessary information and contact details. We will connect you with your host via text message the day before your reservation.

Cancel:
You can easily reschedule, modify, or cancel your reservation up to 5 days (120 hours) before it starts. Note that cancellations made after the 5 day mark are non-refundable and any credit offered is subject to Paradise Beach's discretion based on vacancy. In case of significant wind or rain that may affect the reservation, Paradise Beach will provide the option to reschedule or receive credit for future use.

If we determine extreme winds or heavy rain that could affect your plans, we will provide the choice to reschedule your reservation or keep it as a credit for a future date. This ensures that you can still enjoy your beach day without worrying about losing your reservation due to unexpected weather changes.
